Requirements:

* Experience cooking authentic Indian cuisine.

* Strong knowledge of Indian curries, tandoori dishes, naan and Indian street food.

* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced kitchen.

* Good food preparation, hygiene and kitchen management skills.

* Ability to maintain consistent food quality and taste.

* Reliable, punctual and a good team player.

* Must be available for flexible shifts, including weekends.

* Immediate start preferred.
