The Role

You’ll join a skilled maintenance team responsible for ensuring high-volume FMCG production equipment runs reliably and efficiently.

This is a hands-on industrial maintenance role focused on uptime, fault resolution, and preventative maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Electrical breakdown response across production equipment
• Fault finding on motors, sensors, PLC-driven systems and industrial machinery
• Preventative and corrective maintenance tasks
• CMMS work order management (MaintainX experience highly regarded)
• Support production uptime and continuous improvement initiatives
• Work closely with mechanical and production teams
• Ensure all work is completed safely and to site standards

About You (Must Have)

• A-grade Electrical Licence (Australia) – essential
• Minimum 2 years Australian industrial or manufacturing experience
• FMCG, food, beverage or processing experience highly regarded
• Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting ability
• Experience working on production or automated equipment
• Safety-focused, reliable and hands-on approach
• Willingness to relocate to regional NSW

Visa & Working Rights

Visa sponsorship (subclass 482) support may be considered for eligible candidates already working in Australia who meet all technical and experience requirements.

Applicants must have:

• Australian Electrical Licence
• Relevant Australian maintenance experience
• FMCG or industrial environment experience

 Overseas applicants without Australian experience will not be considered.
