The Role
This hands-on maintenance position focuses on breakdown response, fault finding, preventative maintenance, and supporting production operations within a busy FMCG manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to production breakdowns quickly and effectively
Fault find across mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, conveyor and chain systems
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance
Complete maintenance work orders through CMMS systems
Support plant and workshop maintenance activities
Work closely with production and engineering teams
Maintain accurate maintenance records
Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently
About You
Certificate III in Engineering – Mechanical Trade (essential)
Minimum 1 year Australian maintenance experience (mandatory)
FMCG or manufacturing maintenance experience required
Strong mechanical fault-finding skills
Experience within industrial or production environments
Reliable and safety-focused approach
Willingness to relocate to Cooma, NSW
