We're partnering with a well-established FMCG manufacturer in regional NSW (Cooma) that is expanding its maintenance team and seeking experienced Mechanical Maintenance Fitters.

The Role

This hands-on maintenance position focuses on breakdown response, fault finding, preventative maintenance, and supporting production operations within a busy FMCG manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to production breakdowns quickly and effectively
• Fault find across mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, conveyor and chain systems
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance
• Complete maintenance work orders through CMMS systems
• Support plant and workshop maintenance activities
• Work closely with production and engineering teams
• Maintain accurate maintenance records
• Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently

About You

• Certificate III in Engineering – Mechanical Trade (essential)
• Minimum 1 year Australian maintenance experience (mandatory)
• FMCG or manufacturing maintenance experience required
• Strong mechanical fault-finding skills
• Experience within industrial or production environments
• Reliable and safety-focused approach
• Willingness to relocate to Cooma, NSW

Shift Times

Morning Shift: 6:00am – 2:00pm
Afternoon Shift: 2:00pm – 10:00pm
Late Shift: 3:00pm – 11:00pm
