The Role

Join a busy maintenance team responsible for supporting production through breakdown response, fault finding, and preventative maintenance activities within a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to production breakdowns and minimise downtime
• Fault find across mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, conveyor, chain and production systems
• Carry out preventative and corrective maintenance
• Complete work orders using CMMS systems (MaintainX experience highly regarded)
• Support workshop and plant maintenance activities
• Work closely with production teams to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain accurate maintenance records
• Follow site safety procedures and standards

About You

• Certificate III in Engineering – Mechanical Trade (essential)
• Minimum 1 year Australian maintenance experience (mandatory)
• FMCG or manufacturing maintenance experience required
• Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
• Experience maintaining production equipment and plant machinery
• Reliable, safety-focused and hands-on approach
• Willingness to relocate to regional NSW
• Mandatory requirement to relocate to regional NSW for this position

Applicants must have:

• Relevant Mechanical Trade qualifications

Shift Times

Morning Shift: 6:00am – 2:00pm
Afternoon Shift: 2:00pm – 10:00pm
Late Shift: 3:00pm – 11:00pm
