Key Responsibilities

• Service and repair late-model outboard and inboard engines
• Diagnose and fault-find mechanical and electrical issues
• Install new motors, marine accessories, and electronics
• Carry out trailer servicing and repairs
• Perform on-water testing and commissioning of vessels
• Complete full custom fitouts and installations
• Work independently and maintain high workmanship standards

✅ Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years experience as a marine or mechanical technician
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with engines (marine, automotive, or similar)
• Ability to work independently and manage workload
• High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Experience using diagnostic tools and equipment

Ideal Background

• Marine technician experience (outboard/inboard) preferred
• OR automotive / motorcycle technicians with strong mechanical skills
• Experience with installations, fitouts, or electrical systems highly regarded
