Mokosh is a premium salon on Warners Avenue, a block from Bondi Beach. We've built our reputation on lived-in colour, blondes, balayage, and Great Lengths extensions, working with Redken, Kevin Murphy, Oribe, Maria Nila and Eleven Australia. Our clients are loyal, our standards are high, and our team culture is something we're genuinely proud of.

The Opportunity

• The roleYou'll take on your own column of colour clients, working predominantly in lived-in blonde, balayage and creative toning. This is a busy, established salon with real demand, so there's a proper column here rather than a cold start.We're open two late nights, and we offer the option of a four day week. Hours are flexible.

  What we're looking for

  • Minimum three years post-apprenticeship, fully qualified
  • Strong technical colour, particularly blonding, balayage and toning
  • Confident with consultation and managing your own column
  • Great Lengths or other extension experience is a genuine advantage
  • Someone who takes ownership of their clients and their standards
  • Australian work rights, or eligibility for employer sponsorship

• Based at Mokosh Bondi (Shop 1, 17 Warners Avenue, Bondi Beach)

What You'll Be Doing

• Premium colour work, balayage, lived-in blondes, creative colour, colour corrections
• Precision cutting and styling tailored to each client
• In-depth consultations to understand what your clients actually want
• Building lasting relationships with a beautiful, loyal clientele
• Contributing to a team culture where people genuinely like coming to work

What We're Looking For

• Experience as a stylist/colourist in a professional salon
• Strong technical skills across modern colour techniques (or the drive to get there fast)
• A genuine passion for the craft and for client experience
• Reliability, professionalism, and a team-player attitude
• Current Australian hairdressing qualification (or international equivalent see sponsorship below)
