Papi’s Birria Tacos is one of Sydney’s most exciting and authentic Mexican taquerias, known for our slow-cooked birria, street-style tacos, and vibrant dining atmosphere. We are a fast-growing brand with locations across Sydney, and we’re looking for reliable and energetic team members to join our back-of-house crew.
The Role
We are seeking a motivated Back of House staff member to support our kitchen operations. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be part of a busy team helping us deliver great food and great vibes to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Food preparation and cooking tasks
Washing, cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment and utensils
Keeping kitchen and storage areas clean, organised and safe
Receiving and storing deliveries
Running Smooth Service
Following food safety and hygiene standards
What We’re Looking For:
Previous kitchen or hospitality experience preferred (but not essential – we provide training)
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and a good team player
Weekend and evening availability is essential
