We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Motel Manager to join our growing accommodation business in regional NSW.

The role may be based in either Bega or Narooma, depending on the candidate's suitability, lifestyle preference, and operational requirements.

About the Role

This is a hands-on management position suited to someone who is confident in independently operating a motel on a day-to-day basis. The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of motel operations, guest service, staff coordination, and property presentation.

You will be supported by ownership, but must be capable of managing the business independently and professionally.

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 12 months of independent motel management experience
• Non-citizens or non-permanent residents must have a valid Australian work visa with a minimum of 12 months remaining on the visa.Strong understanding of motel operations and guest service
• Knowledge of OTA platforms such as Booking.com and Expedia
• Full administration capabilities required for OTA platforms including rate management, inventory control, and promotional campaign setup
• Positive attitude and strong attention to detail
• Experience with motel booking systems / channel managers
• Specific experience with RMS or Little Hotelier booking systems and channel management platforms required
• Ability to manage housekeeping coordination and daily operations
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Reliable, organised, and able to work autonomously

• Basic maintenance or troubleshooting ability
• Experience managing motel restaurant
• Driving skill
• Working visa
