About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Motel Manager to join our friendly team at a well-established regional motel in Narrandera, NSW. This is a hands-on management position suited to someone who enjoys hospitality, customer service, and leading a small team.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing daily motel operations
• Guest check-ins and check-outs
• Handling reservations and phone enquiries
• Supervising housekeeping staff
• Inspecting rooms to ensure quality standards
• Responding to guest requests and reviews
• Managing cash, EFTPOS, and daily reports
• Coordinating basic maintenance requirements
• Ensuring excellent customer service at all times

Requirements

• Previous motel, hotel, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work independently
• Professional and friendly attitude
• Valid driver’s licence preferred
