Key responsibilities

· Manage daily motel operations, including guest check-in/check-out, reservations and guest enquiries.

· Coordinate housekeeping, room readiness, basic maintenance follow-up and overall property presentation.

· Support and supervise staff, including rostering, daily task allocation and performance follow-up.

· Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, with a strong focus on service recovery.

· Monitor bookings, occupancy, online travel agency listings and basic operational reporting.

· Communicate regularly with owners or senior management about occupancy, issues and operational needs.

· Maintain workplace standards for cleanliness, safety, guest privacy and professional conduct.

Required

· Mandarin/Chinese speaking is a must.

· Current legal right to work in Australia.

· Currently based in Australia and available to work on site in Level 17，123 Pitt Street，Sydney.

· Fluent English communication skills, both spoken and written.

· Strong guest service, communication and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to manage daily operations independently and remain calm under pressure.

· Availability to work a flexible roster, including weekends and public holidays when required.

Highly regarded

· Previous motel, hotel, accommodation or hospitality management experience.

· Relevant hospitality, hotel management, tourism or business qualification.

· Ability to speak two or more languages.

· Experience using reservation systems, property management systems or online travel agency platforms.

· Experience managing guest reviews, housekeeping teams, suppliers or small property operations.
