Join a supportive multidisciplinary team delivering community-based OT services across Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast and the Fraser Coast. Travel is grouped into local zones to minimise driving, generally keeping appointments within 30 minutes of each other.
This role offers a balanced caseload across NDIS and older adult clients, providing variety without being locked into a fully NDIS-focused position.
Support adults across NDIS, Home Care Packages, DVA and private funding
Complete functional assessments, treatment planning and home visits
Manage a caseload tailored to local demand with appointments of 30-60 minutes
Work Monday-Friday with no weekend requirements
Skills & Experience
Minimum 1 year post-graduate OT experience
Current AHPRA registration
Australian driver’s licence
Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
Community experience desirable
Sponsorship considered for the right candidate
