Occupational Therapist | Brisbane

You’ll work alongside experienced allied health professionals including Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Podiatrists, Dietitians and Social Workers, with opportunities to collaborate and learn across disciplines.

What you’ll be doing

• Deliver high-quality Occupational Therapy assessment and intervention
• Develop individualised treatment plans based on client goals and evidence-based practice
• Work with clients, families, carers and other health professionals to achieve meaningful outcomes
• Apply clinical reasoning and progressively manage more complex presentations
• Complete clinical documentation, reports and relevant correspondence
• Contribute to multidisciplinary case management and service planning
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Support students, assistants and junior clinicians where appropriate
• Continue developing your clinical skills through supervision, mentoring and professional development

About You

We’re looking for an Occupational Therapist who is:

• AHPRA registered, or eligible for registration
• Qualified with a recognised Occupational Therapy degree
• Client-focused, empathetic and passionate about achieving meaningful outcomes
• Confident working both autonomously and within a multidisciplinary team
• Strong in communication, organisation and clinical reasoning
• Committed to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development
• Able to build strong rapport with clients and their support networks
• Professional, reliable and motivated to grow their clinical career
