Due to continued growth in Toowoomba, they are expanding their multidisciplinary team and are seeking an Occupational Therapist at Consultant or Senior Consultant levels.

The Opportunity
Based in Toowoomba, you’ll join a close-knit team that is continuing to grow, with a target of building a five-person local team as part of a broader strategic expansion.
You will manage a diverse and meaningful caseload across:
Your work will span physical, psychosocial and workplace-based rehabilitation, supporting individuals through complex, real-life challenges and helping them return to work safely, confidently and sustainably.
You’ll work closely with injured workers, employers, insurers, medical practitioners and internal team members to ensure rehabilitation plans are practical, person-centred and aligned with best practice.

This role combines clinical expertise, community engagement, professional service delivery and administrative responsibility, with strong systems and templates already in place.
