Key Responsibilities
Conduct assessments, intervention planning and therapy delivery
Complete Functional Capacity, Assistive Technology and Home & Living assessments
Collaborate with participants, families, carers and multidisciplinary teams
Maintain high-quality clinical documentation and reporting
About You
Degree in Occupational Therapy and current AHPRA registration
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Current driver's licence and willingness to work within the community
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or ability to obtain)
