Work Requirement:
This role requires on-site presence in the Geelong office at least 4 days per week.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement office policies and administrative procedures to ensure efficient and compliant operations
Identify and improve office systems, processes, and workflows to enhance productivity
Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth administrative functioning
Supervise office staff, monitor performance, and coordinate workflow
Manage client communication, correspondence, and preparation of official documents
Maintain an organised and efficient office environment
Coordinate employee schedules and resolve operational conflicts
Support recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning
Handle invoicing, expense reporting, and financial documentation
Monitor and manage office budgets and resource allocation
Ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies
Coordinate HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll support, and training
Skills & Experience Required
Education: Associate degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, International Trade, or related field
Experience: Minimum 4 years in office Manager (management) or a senior administrative role
Industry Background: Experience in Accounting or Law firms preferred
Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with regulatory requirements is an advantage
Language Skills:
Excellent English communication (written & verbal)
Urdu & Punjabi proficiency highly desirable
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Office and office/inventory management systems
Personal Attributes:
Strong organisational and leadership skills
High level of discretion and confidentiality
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
