About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled Panel Beater to join our busy and growing smash repair workshop in Cooma. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who takes pride in producing high-quality repairs and working efficiently within a team environment.

You’ll be responsible for carrying out structural and cosmetic repairs to a range of vehicles, ensuring all work meets industry and safety standards.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform panel beating, dent removal, and structural repairs
• Repair or replace damaged panels using industry-standard techniques
• Use welding equipment, fillers, and specialist tools as required
• Work from job sheets and repair specifications
• Ensure all repairs meet quality and safety standards
• Collaborate with spray painters and other workshop staff
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace

What We’re Looking For

• Trade-qualified Panel Beater (or equivalent experience)
• Solid experience in a smash repair environment
• Strong attention to detail and workmanship
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and in a team
• Good problem-solving skills and work ethic
• Reliable and punctual
