About the Role We are seeking an experienced and qualified Panel Beater to join our growing team. You will be responsible for carrying out high-quality repairs, panel replacement, structural repairs, alignment, welding, and restoration work while maintaining manufacturer and insurance standards. Key Responsibilities
Assess vehicle damage and plan repairs
Remove and replace damaged panels and components
Carry out structural and non-structural repairs
Perform panel alignment and fitting
Welding and fabrication as required
Work closely with painters and workshop staff
Maintain high-quality workmanship and safety standards
What We're Looking For
Trade qualification in Automotive Body Repair (or equivalent)
Previous experience as a Panel Beater
Strong repair, welding, and alignment skills
Attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Current driver's licence
We also welcome 3rd and 4th year apprentices who are keen to further develop their skills and transition into a qualified Panel Beater role.Visa Sponsorship We are open to 482 visa sponsorship transfers for suitably qualified candidates currently in Australia. For the right long-term candidate, Permanent Residency pathways may also be available.
