Job Description
Epworth HealthCare's Finance & Business Services division is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Patient Revenue Officer (Support Services).
Responsibilities include:
Answering and directing phone calls
Scanning of documents and data entry
Actioning departmental emails
Processing of incoming and outgoing mail
Providing ongoing support to Credit, Billing & Accounts Receivable as required
This is a full time position working 38 hours per week, located within the Epworth Corporate building in Richmond. Starting time is variable between 8 or 9am. Working from home will also be available once fully trained.
Qualifications
Skills & Experience
To be successful in the role you will have:
Strong computer skills
A sound knowledge of iPM (desirable)
Previous customer service, switchboard, or administrative experience in the health sector
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
This position would suit applicants who have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail and can work independently.
