Working with a creative and performance marketing team looking for a senior-level Performance Marketing Strategist / Creative Strategist / Technologist to lead high-impact campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
This is a strategy-first role suited to someone who can move from audience insights and creative briefs through to concept execution, testing, and optimisation in a fast-paced sprint environment.
What You'll Be Doing
Develop platform-native creative concepts across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and display
Translate audience insights into high-performing creative strategies
Produce or direct visual and motion assets using modern creative tools
Analyse campaign performance and iterate creative based on data
Manage rapid creative sprint cycles across multiple campaigns
What We're Looking For
5+ years' experience in Creative Strategy, Content Strategy or Senior Creative roles
Strong background in agency or performance marketing environments
Experience delivering campaigns within regulated or brand-governed industries such as:
- Financial Services
- Healthcare
- Insurance
- Enterprise / Corporate brands * Hands on experience with:- Figma
- Adobe Creative Suite
- AI creative tools such as Midjourney or Runway
Ideal Background
You're a strategic thinker who understands platform-native content, thrives in fast-moving environments, and can balance creativity with performance outcomes. Experience outside of eCommerce/DTC is essential.
If you enjoy working autonomously, moving quickly, and building creative that performs within strict brand frameworks, this could be a great fit.
Sydney based - 3 days in CBD office
Salary - Dependant on experience (Ranging from $130,000 up to $180,000 + Super for the right candidate based on experience)
