We are currently seeking an experienced Scrub Scout to join a leading perioperative team in Brisbane. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a large, modern hospital environment, supporting a busy orthopaedic theatre team with a strong focus on minor and major joint procedures.

About the role:

• Scrub Scout duties across orthopaedic operating theatres
• Exposure to a high-volume minor and major joint surgical caseload
• Supporting surgeons, anaesthetists, and perioperative teams
• Ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care throughout the perioperative journey
• Working within a fast-paced and highly skilled multidisciplinary team

Essential requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years Scrub Scout experience
• Strong orthopaedic experience is essential (minor and major joints required)
• Confident working in a busy theatre environment
• Experience across elective and complex surgical procedures
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
