PETROL STATION RETAIL MANAGER – NEAR PARRAMATTA / CARLINGFORD

We are seeking a reliable, responsible and experienced Retail Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy petrol station and convenience store located near Parramatta and Carlingford.

This is a long-term position for someone who is organised, trustworthy and capable of working independently. The successful candidate must be confident taking full responsibility for the store during rostered shifts and handling operational issues without constant supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the daily operation of the petrol station and convenience store

• Supervising, training and rostering staff

• Managing stock levels, ordering and receiving deliveries

• Handling cash, EFTPOS, POS reconciliation and daily records

• Maintaining store presentation, cleanliness and merchandising standards

• Managing customer enquiries and resolving complaints professionally

• Monitoring stock discrepancies, losses and operational issues

• Communicating with suppliers and service providers

• Following workplace health, safety, security and company procedures

• Assisting with practical store duties and stock handling when required

About You:

• Reliable, honest, punctual and responsible

• Able to work independently and make sensible decisions

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Confident managing staff, cash and daily store operations

• Organised and able to handle multiple tasks in a busy environment

• Previous retail, petrol station, convenience store or hospitality management experience is preferred

• Comfortable receiving deliveries and completing physical stock-handling duties safely

• Currently living in Sydney with reliable transport

• Able to provide verifiable employment references

• Must provide details of current Australian visa and work-rights status
