About the Role
As a Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in supporting participants to achieve their physical goals and enhance their day-to-day functioning. Your responsibilities will include:
Evaluating participants' physical abilities, movement patterns, and overall functional capacity
Designing personalised therapy plans based on individual goals and needs
Delivering hands-on treatment and guided exercise programs to improve strength, flexibility, and mobility
Supporting participants in building confidence to perform daily activities more independently
Providing practical advice to participants and families on managing physical conditions
Recommending suitable equipment or adjustments to improve safety and accessibility
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical notes and progress reports
Working closely with support workers, families, and other allied health professionals
Adjusting therapy approaches based on participant progress and feedback
What We're Looking For
Current registration with AHPRA as a Physiotherapist (or eligibility)
Experience in disability, community, or rehabilitation settings (preferred but not essential)
Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
A client-centred, flexible, and team-focused approach
Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
