Pizza Chef / Fry Cook (Fish & Chips) – Full Time – Sponsorship Available

Location: Apollo Bay, VIC

We are a busy Fish & Chips and Pizza restaurant located on the Great Ocean Road in Apollo Bay, Victoria. We are currently seeking experienced Pizza Chefs and Fry Cooks to join our growing team.

Key ResponsibilitiesPizza Chef

• Prepare pizza dough, sauces and toppings
• Cook pizzas to a high standard
• Maintain food quality and consistency
• Follow food safety procedures

Fry Cook (Fish & Chips)

• Cook fish, chips and other fried products
• Operate commercial fryers safely and efficiently
• Maintain food quality and presentation standards
• Assist with food preparation and kitchen operations

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Pizza Chef, Fry Cook, Cook or Chef
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
