About the role

Ulivo Italian Restaurant is seeking an experienced Pizza Chef to join our team at our Leppington location. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to showcase your culinary talents and passion for creating authentic Italian pizzas.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and cooking high-quality, authentic Italian pizzas to order
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the pizza preparation area
• Adhering to food safety and hygiene standards at all times
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure efficient and timely service
• Providing excellent customer service and contributing to a positive dining experience

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Pizza Chef or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine and pizza-making techniques
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation
• Positive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
