  • 4 FT optometrists + 2 PT optometrists

Your Role

  • Lead daily operations and support a busy, successful practice
  • Deliver high‑quality dispensing and customer service
  • Mentor and develop the dispensing team
  • Contribute to practice growth and exceptional patient care

You Bring

  • Proven optical dispensing experience
  • Management or leadership experience (preferred)
  • Certificate IV in Optical Dispensing (preferred)
  • Strong communication skills and a flair for eyewear styling

The Offer

  • up to $70,000 + super
  • Up to $800/month in bonuses
  • Mon–Fri 8:54am–5:30pm + 1 Saturday/month (9am–1pm)
  • No late nights (only occasional overtime for patients or training)
