The Role

As Principal Recruitment Consultant, you will:

• Lead a white collar construction desk across mid to senior roles

• Partner with builders, consultancies, developers, PM firms, and government organisations

• Manage established client relationships while developing new business

• Deliver permanent and contract recruitment solutions

• Contribute to market strategy and desk growth

• Operate with autonomy while supported by an experienced leadership team

You may inherit a warm desk or build out your own vertical, with full market intelligence and support provided.
