We are looking for a friendly, motivated Reception & Customer Service Administrator to join our growing Sydney team. Absolutely no prior sales or industry experience is required—we hire for a great attitude and train for skill. The Role: The Heart of the Showroom
This is a dynamic, supportive role where you will be the welcoming face of our brand and the crucial administrative link between our clients, our team, and our production floor.
First Impressions: Be the professional, welcoming face of Keim at reception. You will greet architects, interior designers, and contractors, ensuring everyone feels at home in our showroom.
Customer Care & Admin: Answer phone calls and emails with a friendly tone, helping to process basic enquiries and support the team with quotes (we will teach you everything you need to know about our products!).
Order Coordination: Work closely with our production team to ensure client orders are recorded accurately, tinted perfectly to colour, and dispatched on time.
Advocate for the Planet: Learn the ropes of sustainable building and help educate clients on why our natural, breathable paints are the future.
Organisational Guru: Keep our CRM system and front desk running smoothly so the customer journey is flawless from start to finish.
The Ideal Candidate:
