Experienced Data Recruitment Consultant

I'm working with an established Sydney-based recruitment business that is hiring experienced recruiters into their Data practice.

This is a role for someone who wants to work in a mature, flexible environment while still earning well and progressing long term.

The role

• Recruit across Data, Analytics and Technology roles

• Work with enterprise and transformation-led clients

• Mix of contract and permanent recruitment

• Build long-term client partnerships rather than transactional accounts

What they're looking for

• Proven experience recruiting within Data or Technology

• Strong relationship-building skills

• Comfortable managing clients end to end

• Commercial mindset without aggressive sales culture

• If you're relocating from UK/Ireland you need 2 years of experience with a degree or 5 years if you don't have one
