The role

• Recruit across Federal Government programs

• Mix of contract and permanent roles

• Work with established panels and clients

• Deliver end-to-end recruitment solutions

What they're looking for

• Experience recruiting within the Government or public sector

• Strong compliance and process awareness

• Relationship-focused and delivery-driven

• Comfortable managing volume and complexity

• If you're relocating from the UK or Ireland you need 2 years of 360 Recruitment experience with a degree or 5 years if you don't have one
