The Role

As Senior Consultant - Finance / Financial Services Recruitment, you will:

• Manage a 360 desk within your chosen FS vertical

• Grow existing client partnerships and develop new ones

• Deliver high-quality recruitment solutions across permanent and contract roles

• Build deep sector knowledge and become a trusted market specialist

• Potentially mentor junior consultants or step into leadership as you progress

What They're Looking For

• 2+ years of 360 recruitment experience (Finance, FS, Risk, Accounting, or similar)

• Strong relationship-building and long-term growth mindset
