The Role

As Principal Finance Recruitment Consultant, you will:

• Run a full 360 desk across mid-to-senior Finance roles

• Develop and manage long-term client partnerships

• Build deep market expertise in your vertical

• Lead senior mandates, retained work, and project recruitment

• Option to mentor junior consultants

• Drive strategic business development backed by a strong brand

What They're Looking For

• 2-5+ years in Accounting & Finance recruitment

• Proven billing history and consistent delivery

• Consultant who prioritises long-term relationships over transactional recruitment

• Commercially driven, ambitious, and collaborative

• Able to operate in a mature, grown-up environment

Visa & Relocation Support:

Sponsorship available for candidates with at least 2 years of 360 experience and a degree, or 5 years of total 360 experience. (without a degree).
