We're Harrison Barratt Group, and we've got warm labour hire desks open in Surry Hills. You take over an established desk — live clients and signed terms already in place — so you bill from week one, not month six.
Then you grow it. You'll have hundreds of onboarded, terms-already-signed accounts in our database to reactivate — warm leads most agencies would kill for — plus the autonomy and BD support to win new clients and build your own book. Start warm, then build big. You're backed by the full HBG machine: a network of clients and 10,800+ inducted, ticket-verified workers across construction, civil and trades.

What you'll actually take home

• $80K–$110K base + 12% super
• Uncapped commission up to 50%, paid monthly on the 15th — no holdbacks
• Realistic Year-1 OTE $150K+, with a clear path to $200K–$280K+ as you grow the desk
• Our commission is public — run your own billings through the live calculator

You'll fit if you

• Have 2–3+ years' agency labour hire or recruitment experience and a billing history — or you're hungry, with sales/industry experience and the drive to learn
• Can sign terms and grow an account, not just hold it
• Are strong on the phone, commercially sharp and comfortable on site
• A construction, civil or trades background is a bonus, not a must. Visa sponsorship is available for the right person.
