ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to source and engage candidates across the wide range of engineering or IT projects we support. This is a candidate-focused role, working with both our existing talent pool and new candidates sourced through the many methods at our disposal.

Key responsibilities:

• Sourcing and connecting with engineering professionals, particularly those with Defence backgrounds.
• Developing and maintaining a network of ex-ADF and Defence engineers.
• Identifying opportunities to connect with security cleared technical candidates across engineering disciplines.
• Building long term, trusted relationships with candidates.
• Developing a strong social media and industry presence.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

This role doesn't necessarily require recruitment experience. In fact, ex-Defence professionals often thrive with us. We're looking for someone who has:
