Unlike highly siloed metropolitan services, this is a true full-scope midwifery role within a busy regional maternity service delivering approximately 1,000 births annually. Midwives are expected to work across all areas of the service including Birth Suite, Antenatal, Postnatal and Special Care Nursery, providing continuity and broad clinical exposure across the maternity journey.

About you:

• Minimum 2/3 Years Post Graduate Experience within a Steam A Country (Australia, United Kingdom, Ireland or New Zealand).
• AHPRA Registration (No restrictions) / ANMAC (If applicable)
• OFSEP Completed prior to commencing (FSEP Level 3 Practitioner required within Victoria).
• Confident working across Birth Suite (Recent Birthing experience is a must).
• Ability to provide care across the full maternity continuum.
• Strong clinical judgement, communication and teamwork skills.
• Looking to establish a long-term career and lifestyle within a close-knit regional Australian hub.
