About the Role:

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Aged Care paired with a passion for Dementia to deliver inclusive and person-centred quality care in our dedicated cognitive specialist wing at our 82-bed Dunsborough facility.

Please note: We are looking for part-time, full-time or job-share candidates and can offer consecutive shifts for greater work/life balance. Monday to Sunday shifts available.

Key responsibilities:

• Day-to-day operational management of our facilities in the beautiful location of Dunsborough and Busselton
• Ensure residents experience person-centred care and services
• Coach and support direct reports adhering to values of Capecare
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures to meet regulatory requirements
• Budgeting and financial management and staff management
• Ensure high levels of customer service and nurture relationships with residents, families and staff

To be successful in this role:

• You must be an Australian-based Registered Nurse with current AHPRA Registration. 
• Minimum of 1 Year of full-time Australian experience working as a Registered Nurse in Aged Care.
• Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences
• Demonstrate the ability to lead shifts with an empathetic and mentoring approach.
• If requiring 482 visa sponsorship: Your current visa must have 8 - 12 months until expiry at the time of application.
• A driver's license & own vehicle are highly recommended, as the Capecare accommodation is located 5km from our Capecare Dunsborough facility.
