As a Registered Nurse – Mental Health, you will:
Deliver high-quality care across Low Dependency and Intensive Care areas
Support patients experiencing acute mental health episodes
Conduct assessments, risk management, and ongoing monitoring
Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
Support patients in identifying triggers, building coping strategies, and progressing their recovery journey
What We’re Looking For:
Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration
Minimum 2+ years’ experience in Acute Inpatient Mental Health (AU/NZ preferred)
Strong exposure to:
Crisis / acute mental health care
Risk assessment & clinical decision-making
Case management / care planning
Confident working in fast-paced, high-acuity environments
Passion for recovery-oriented, patient-centred care
