We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses with a minimum of 1 year of experience in Aged Care, to deliver inclusive and person-centred quality care and support at both our Busselton and Dunsborough facilities.
We offer a variety of family-friendly shifts- AM, PM and Nights, to suit any lifestyle.
Key responsibilities:
Day-to-day operational management of our facilities in the beautiful location of Dunsborough and Busselton
Ensure residents experience person-centred care and services
Coach and support direct reports adhering to values of Capecare
Ensure compliance with policies and procedures to meet regulatory requirements
Budgeting and financial management and staff management
Ensure high levels of customer service and nurture relationships with residents, families and staff
To be successful in this role:
You must be a Registered Nurse with current AHPRA Registration
Minimum of 1 Year of Australian experience working as a Registered Nurse in Aged Care
Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences
Demonstrate the ability to lead shifts with an empathetic and mentoring approach
If requiring sponsorship: Your current visa must have 8 - 12 months until expiry at the time of application.

Single room accommodation available in a Capecare shared house during your 3-month probation period and whilst you familiarise yourself with the south-west. Upon completion of your probation period, a weekly rental fee of approximately $250 per week, including bills, will be required
Ongoing training and opportunities for growth (including Ageing Australia Transition to Practice Program).
Sponsorship options are also available for Australian-based nurses who currently meet the following criteria. Sponsorship is offered upon successful completion of the 3-month probation, with sponsorship lodgment commencing within 6 months of joining Capecare.
