We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses with a minimum of 1 year of experience in Aged Care, to deliver inclusive and person-centred quality care and support at both our Busselton and Dunsborough facilities.

We offer a variety of family-friendly shifts- AM, PM and Nights, to suit any lifestyle. 

Key responsibilities:

• Day-to-day operational management of our facilities in the beautiful location of Dunsborough and Busselton
• Ensure residents experience person-centred care and services
• Coach and support direct reports adhering to values of Capecare
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures to meet regulatory requirements
• Budgeting and financial management and staff management
• Ensure high levels of customer service and nurture relationships with residents, families and staff

To be successful in this role:

• You must be a Registered Nurse with current AHPRA Registration
• Minimum of 1 Year of Australian experience working as a Registered Nurse in Aged Care
• Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences
• Demonstrate the ability to lead shifts with an empathetic and mentoring approach

• If requiring sponsorship: Your current visa must have 8 - 12 months until expiry at the time of application.
