We are hiring 2 Managers and 2 Massage Therapists for our new studio in Ripponlea, with a second studio opening soon in Malvern. Both are affluent suburbs in Melbourne's south-east.

Manager (2 positions, Ripponlea & Malvern) Full-time

• AUD $79,499 plus super
• Sponsorship consideration available after three months
• Store-wide profit share of 10% after six months, tied to positive growth you help drive
• 2 to 3+ years experience in massage services, in Australia or overseas
• Well presented with strong customer service skills
• People management, tertiary education, and Remedial Massage qualifications are preferred but not essential. We can support you in gaining your Remedial Massage qualification.
• Available to work across a Wednesday to Monday roster
• Able to help find and train staff
• Working English required

Massage Therapist (2 positions) Contractor (ABN + super)

• Minimum $200 per day (incl. super)
• $45 per massage (incl. super)
• $60 per remedial massage where applicable (incl. super)

One studio is brand new and the second opens soon, so growth is steady. There are quieter periods, and we value staff who take a longer-term view and want to grow with us.
