Cafe Dolcetto, a busy and well-established café in Yass, NSW, is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Restaurant/Café Manager to join our team.

We are looking for someone who is confident leading a team, passionate about hospitality, and able to take responsibility for the smooth day-to-day operation of the café.

About the Role

As our Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Managing and leading our café team
• Ensuring excellent customer service and a welcoming atmosphere
• Staff scheduling, training and day-to-day people management
• Maintaining high standards of food, coffee and service
• Managing daily café operations
• Stock control and ordering
• Helping maintain workplace health, safety and hygiene standards
• Working closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams
• Supporting the business with achieving operational and financial targets

Skills That Will Give You an Advantage

? Barista skills and specialty coffee experience will be highly regarded.

Kitchen and cooking experience will also be a strong advantage.

We are particularly interested in someone who can confidently step into different areas of the café when required and understands the hospitality business from both a management and hands-on perspective.
