Saronbell Pty Ltd is seeking experienced and highly motivated Restaurant Managers to lead McDonald’s restaurants across the Central Coast of NSW, from Umina through to Mingara.
We welcome applications from candidates currently based in Australia, as well as suitably qualified international applicants. Potential employer-sponsored visa support may be considered for exceptional candidates with significant McDonald’s experience.

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be accountable for the overall leadership, operations and financial performance of your restaurant.
You will lead your management and crew teams to deliver outstanding Quality, Service and Cleanliness while building a positive, accountable and high-performing restaurant culture.
This is a hands-on leadership position requiring strong operational knowledge, commercial awareness and the ability to develop managers and crew to consistently deliver results.
You are an experienced, hands-on leader who can manage a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant and build a strong, accountable team.
You will bring:
Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager, Store Manager, Business Manager or equivalent is preferred. Experienced Assistant Restaurant Managers who are ready to step into full restaurant accountability may also be considered.
Australian citizens, permanent residents and candidates with current working rights are encouraged to apply. International applicants will be considered where they have substantial McDonald’s or directly comparable QSR management experience.
