A Diploma in Management is required for this retail manager role.

Restaurant: Sydney wings and things

Location: 151 Canterbury road Bankstown

We are currently looking for experienced and passionate reliable staff to join our team at Sydney wings and things.

Candidates must have a minimum of 1-2 years retail management experience.

Key responsibilities:

Operate and manage the store officinantly

Manage high standards of food and hygiene and kitchen cleanliness

Manaage food prep and stock rotation.

Work officIantly during service time

Communicate effectively with team members and management

Train and guid junior kitchen staff when needed

Additional responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, managing staff performance and development, achieving sales targets, and ensuring full compliance with food safety regulations.
