We're seeking a commercially focused Regional Leader to oversee regional operations, strengthen client relationships and lead high-performing teams. Reporting to the Head of Regional, you'll be responsible for operational performance, financial results and sustainable growth across SA and NT, while also managing a portfolio of complex property claims and supporting technical capability within the team.

You are a commercially astute leader with strong property loss adjusting and operational experience. You combine technical expertise with business acumen and the ability to lead teams, build relationships and deliver results.
You will also bring:
Strong experience in property loss adjusting and operational leadership
Proven ability to manage financial performance, including budgeting and P&L accountability
Experience leading geographically dispersed teams
Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
Well-developed communication, organisation and decision-making abilities
A collaborative, improvement-focused approach
Experience leading change and improving operational efficiency
Relevant tertiary qualifications (Accounting, Law, Engineering or similar) preferred
Current driver's licence
What You'll Be Responsible For
Lead operational and financial performance across SA and NT regional operations
Manage budgeting, forecasting and resource allocation
Maintain a portfolio of complex property claims while mentoring adjusters
Drive service delivery, operational efficiency and continuous improvement
Monitor KPIs and ensure compliance with industry standards and internal requirements
Oversee recruitment, capability development and workforce planning
Coordinate catastrophe response, including staffing and operational readiness
Build and maintain strong client, broker, supplier and stakeholder relationships
Identify and support new business opportunities and growth initiatives
Manage escalations and complaints, focusing on resolution and prevention
Support operational change and technology adoption to improve service outcomes
