WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Selling Australia’s most in-demand home electrification products — solar, batteries, HVAC, and electric heat pumps — to customers right across the country.

Elite is a fully accredited provider under the Victorian Energy Upgrade Program, an approved Solar Victoria retailer, and accredited under the federal RET program — meaning you’re selling trusted, government-backed products people actually want.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

•       A proven track record in sales — this is essential. Industry doesn’t matter (retail, telco, real estate, hospitality, B2B — whatever), but you must be able to demonstrate real results.

•       Confidence and natural communication skills

•       Hunger to smash targets and the drive to back it up

•       A competitive streak and high-energy attitude

•       Solar/HVAC experience is a bonus, not a requirement
