The Role

We are seeking a driven Area Sales Manager to manage and grow our Perth and surrounding WA territory. You will be responsible for developing new business, servicing existing customers, and driving sales growth across your region.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an existing customer base
• Develop new business opportunities
• Achieve sales and distribution targets
• Build strong customer relationships
• Present and promote IPL product range
• Execute promotions and merchandising in-store
• Provide market and competitor feedback
• Plan and manage territory efficiently

About You

• Field sales / FMCG / convenience experience preferred
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Valid driver’s licence required
