Skilled Nursing is currently assisting a client to source experienced Orthopaedic Scrub Scout Registered Nurses to join a theatre team in a fast-paced and supportive clinical environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for passionate theatre nurses who are committed to delivering high-quality patient care and thrive within a dynamic perioperative setting.

You will play a key role in planning, coordinating and evaluating patient care while working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams across a variety of orthopaedic procedures.

Key Requirements

Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse

Minimum 2 years recent experience as a Scrub Scout Nurse

Exposure to MAKO robotic-assisted surgery will be highly regarded

Flexibility to work across a rotating roster and varying shift times

Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification

Strong communication skills with a proactive and team-focused approach
