The primary function of this role will be to support the Managing Director and Migration Agents in case progression, matter coordination and executive administration.
Duties: Some of the duties you will be required to perform include:
· Provide high-level administrative and personal assistance to the Managing Director and other senior executives.
· Manage incoming communications, including telephone calls and email correspondence, and relay messages, requests, and instructions as required.
· Coordinate appointments, meetings, consultations, schedules, and diary commitments.
· Prepare routine correspondence, documents, reports, and supporting materials for executive review.
· Maintain confidential records, files, and database information in line with business procedures.
· Arrange travel and related logistics, including flights, accommodation, itineraries, and expense processing.
· Provide day-to-day administrative coordination, including work allocation support, onboarding assistance, training support, and workflow monitoring for junior staff.
