The Role As a Senior Clinician, you will work as part of an integrated community mental health team, providing high-quality clinical care under the direction of the Manager and team Psychiatrist(s).
Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing psychiatric triage, intake and comprehensive clinical assessments
• Developing and delivering evidence-based treatment and interventions
• Providing psychoeducation, support and ongoing care to consumers
• Working collaboratively with families and carers
• Supporting a multidisciplinary approach to mental health care
• Contributing to high-quality, recovery-focused clinical practice
• Working closely with psychiatrists, clinicians and other healthcare professionals

About You We are looking for an experienced Registered Psychiatric Nurse who is passionate about delivering person-centred care and supporting positive outcomes within the community.
You will ideally have:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Strong experience within mental health
• Excellent clinical assessment and treatment skills
• Experience working within a multidisciplinary team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine commitment to recovery-oriented and family-sensitive practice
• The ability to work effectively within a regional community setting

Base Location: Regional Victoria
Employment: Ongoing Full-Time
Hours: 80 hours per fortnight, including an ADO every 4 weeks
Classification: NP75–NP77
Salary: $4,664.40 – $5,023.20 per fortnight + superannuation, depending on experience
