About the role

Mozaik Mediterranean Taste is looking for an experienced and reliable Level 3 Cook to join our professional kitchen team in Toowoomba.

About the Role:

We are seeking a versatile cook who is comfortable across all sections of a busy Mediterranean kitchen. This is a secure, full-time position with a consistent 45-hour weekly roster (inclusive of breaks) for someone who takes pride in food quality and consistency.

What we are looking for:

  • Significant experience in a fast-paced commercial kitchen.
  • Ability to work effectively across different stations (prep, mains, larder).
  • A professional attitude and a commitment to long-term growth with our business.
Benefits

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary Range: $76,515 – $85,000 per year + Super (Based on experience).
  • All-Inclusive Package: This salary is structured to cover 38 ordinary hours plus reasonable additional hours (45 total) and all late-night loadings, weekend and overtime penalties. You receive a guaranteed, high weekly paycheck.
  • Perks: Free authentic Mediterranean meals and drinks on every shift.
  • Sponsorship: We are an approved Standard Business Sponsor. For the right candidate, we are offering a 482 Visa nomination and a long-term pathway to Permanent Residency.
