My Dental Lab is expanding, and we’re searching for an exceptional Senior Digital Dental Technician / Digital Designer to join our high-performance team in South Perth.

This is not a standard technician role.

We are looking for a highly skilled digital technician who is passionate about advanced smile design, full-arch implant workflows, aesthetics, innovation, and mentoring others within a modern digital laboratory environment.

You’ll work alongside a progressive clinical team using cutting-edge technology to deliver life-changing restorative outcomes.

About the Role

As a Senior Digital Designer, you will play a key leadership role within the lab, combining advanced technical expertise with quality control and team development responsibilities.

You will be responsible for:

• Producing high-end digital designs across cosmetic and implant cases
• Delivering facially driven smile designs and full DSD workflows
• Designing full-arch implant restorations
• Meeting production timelines and quality benchmarks
• Supervising and mentoring junior designers and technicians
• Performing quality control checks across digital workflows
• Collaborating closely with clinicians to achieve exceptional patient outcomes

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a technician with strong experience in advanced digital dental workflows and a genuine passion for excellence.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Advanced experience with Exocad
• Strong understanding of facially driven design principles
• Experience with Digital Smile Design (DSD) workflows
• High attention to detail and aesthetic excellence
• Strong communication and leadership capability
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced digital environment

Highly Regarded:

• Full-arch implant design experience
• iMetric scanning experience
• All-on-X workflow experience
• 3D printing workflow knowledge

• 4 Asiga 3D printers
