About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site role with sponsorship opportunities available for the right candidate. The position involves all aspects of Front Office operations while assisting with the coordination and smooth day-to-day running of the Front Office and Housekeeping teams across our 24 serviced apartments.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding guest service and ensure a positive guest experience.
• Manage reservations, guest check-ins, and check-outs.
• Respond to guest enquiries and requests in a professional and efficient manner.
• Assist with coordinating the Housekeeping team to maintain high accommodation standards.
• Support the overall smooth operation of the property.
• Perform general administrative and operational duties as required.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous front office, reception, or hospitality experience.
• At least two years' experience in a similar role.
• A strong willingness to learn, develop, and grow professionally.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• The ability to work effectively within a team and remain calm under pressure.
• Strong organisational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and varying shifts when required.
